It just seemed fake
I really wanted to like this movie but there was no way my brain was going to be convinced that Angelina Jolie was an opera singer. Even at the opening scene I could not be convinced that it was her singing. I don’t know why these producers didn’t take a chance on a real opera singer?
There script was not that interesting
Or at least someone on Broadway that can convince us. There should have been so much more to say about this extraordinary woman. Someone mentioned that the story was thin and I agree.
Her accent wasn’t working for me either
