Chronology
When a loyal police dog and his officer owner are injured, a brain-dead but life-saving operation brings them together, and Dogman is born. Dogman is sworn to protect and serve—and he delivers, sits down, and rolls. As Dogman assumes his new identity and tries to impress his boss (Lil Rel Howery, Get Out, The Free Guy), he must stop the rather evil feline supervillain, Pete the Cat (Pete Davidson; Saturday Night Live, The King of Staten Island). Petey’s ultimate plan is to clone himself and create Lil Petey the Kitten to double his criminal abilities. But things get complicated when Lil Petey forms an unexpected bond with a dogman. When Lil Petey is captured by a common enemy, Dogman and Petey reluctantly join forces in an action-packed race against time to save the young kitten. In the process, they discover the power of family (and kitties!) that can bring even the most hostile of enemies together.
